Not impressed with his bad excuses for unprofessional behaviours from his staff. Allows dishonest dealings from staff to fish guts stashed in my car. This man runs a shady operation.
Guy Robineau but the wrong car on my financing contract and refuses to correct it. The had a lawyer send me 2 letters stating I am right and still will not correct it. They were intimidating, Stashed fish guts in my car and again deny it. We do not eat fish and it never has been fish in my car ever so not me! I hate fish! The car was detailed before I got it. Excuse was Italian was there from previous owner or we don't take seats out to detail! It was not under a seat Italian was in they compartment under 2 floor mats, a door and the hard plastic liner inside completely out of sight! They gave me the wrong car and wanted it back a month later. I had no loan. I told them I had no lian and 3 days later I had a different car because I am HONEST and gave it back! They are disgustingly unprofessional and a place to avoid. Shady business!!
I went to Palladino Honda for an exchange of my 2012 civic to a 2015 civic. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming. Good experience overall.

My experience with my recent purchase:
Nick Vrbanac spent time answering the numerous questions I had on the different models (Pilot, CR-V & HR-V) over a couple of months and also facilitated my test driving.
While he was away, Lee took time to answer all of my questions with regards to the HR-V specifically. He also showed me all 3 of the HR-V models (since you had one of each on their lot) and took time explaining the differences in the models (options/trims available as well as the differences in the prices). This helped me to make an informed decision and purchase the HR-V Ex-L Navi .
Both were very courteous and took time to answer all of my questions.
Their Financial Services Manager, Denis Aubut, spent time explaining the sales contract as well as the extended warranty options, Platinum Shield and the Life and Disability insurance that is offered.
The Palladino team have always been prompt with their replies (within 1 day) and each of the team members, whether it be the Service Department, Parts Department, or the Service Appointment consultants have always been helpful.
This is why I decided to continue working with them; this is the 6th car that I either buy or lease from Palladino Honda.
