Last 2 visits were extremely satisfying experiences, car serviced while I waited, estimated service time was perfect.
The scheduling of my appointment was convenient, I indicated that I wanted to wait for my vehicle, which I did. The car was ready in the estimated amount of time. Every person I made contact with was polite, knowledgeable & courteous. In summary, it was a pleasant experience.

Always good service from ‘my longtime counter friends’ and great Service Manager Marilyn. I don’t like pushy up-sales from any service provider and I feel that my opinions are respected. Thanks everyone and sorry for not being able to provide my ‘thank you’ Rice Krispies Squares———-blame Kraft marshmallows not being available!

Dan as usual was very patient and understanding with my frustration that an issue developed on one brake line with possible issues pending on the other lines. I have spent a "few dollars" since May 25th 2018, still needing new tires.
I appreciate his kindness.
Confirm with previous service advisor outstanding work to be completed. Read full notes on file from previous service call. Make sure all outstanding work is completed. This was not done satisfactorily.
