I went in for an oil change only. The advisor promised it would take 45 min. Therefore, I waited for it. I'm sorry that I did because it took more 1.5 hours to complete the work. They overbook in their shop.
Prompt and efficient service. Very satisfied dealing with Palladino Honda. Reminders by email and telephone are appreciated. Will have my vehicle serviced again.
Dan was very supportive and understanding with regards to my concerns and cost for the work that was recommended in April and has all been completed as of July 5th. The only recommendation remaining is the replacement of the summer tires.
Dan and Marilyn were understanding and patient, having a mechanic show me under car the items recommended. Thank you.
