Corrosion module + final coat

I was told by finance manager when I agreed to the final coat and corrosion module that it covered all rus on the body. Now I am told I need to pay to have the door revisited because it was caused by a scratch...

Service advisor

I was told by service rep that I would be waiting 10min for the shuttle but ended up waiting 45min and was late for work. I understand that you are busy but don’t tell customers 10min but it’s going to be almost an hour.

Difficulty having new tires installed.

I brought my car in twice to have the tires replaced. The first appt, I was informed that the tires, which had been ordered, were sold to another customer and would need to be ordered again. The parts advisor was polite and apologetic. Palladino absorbed the cost of one tire to compensate me for my time and the inconvenience, which I appreciate. The second appt, the work order was not properly entered into the system when I dropped the car off at 7:30 am, which meant the job had not been started when I picked the car up at 4:00. The service advisor took responsibility for the error and the service manager prioritized the job, which minimized my wait time. I was impressed by the service advisor's responsibility and accountability and provided the advisor with this feedback. Overall, due to these circumstances, I would rate the experience as average. Most of my experiences with the service dept are excellent. Thanks for taking the time to seek out feedback.

Absolutely terrible, yet again

After I received a service and an oil change i noticed a rattling sound. I opened the hood of my car to find that the oil cap was completely off and sitting upside down on the engine. Oil sprayed all over and could have potentially seized the entire engine had I not noticed. This is absolutely unacceptable and this has not been the only time i have had a horrible experience with this dealership

Scheduled maintenance

Dan advised of what needed to be done and what was recommended. No pressure. Wish you had a Dan in sales - but keep him in service - at least until I'm ready to change vehicles. Your service team is a pleasure to deal with. R-A
