A rocky start, but the job got done sooner than expected.
I had a bit of trouble setting up a appointment for diagnosis of the issue; starting with 3 calls to service where no-one was apparently available. Next, I had to repeat what I wanted several times til the issue was understood. I did get an appointment quickly, but when I arrived at 8:30 am there was not a parking spot on the whole lot to be had. I ended up parking behind other parked cars.
The issue was diagnosed and job completed the same day.(despite being told I would have to wait a week and a half later to get a service appt.)
When we came to pick up the car, the service rep was apologizing for not calling us to tell us to tell us the car was ready, because he had lost my cell number (which was apparently on the invoice/sheet) This seemed to be a crazy day at the dealership.
So far, so good the repairs seem to have done the job!

I have to stop going in the morning when it's really busy. My only disappointment would be that I have a rear light out, which I forgot to mention, but assumed would be caught and fixed when the vehicle checks were done. Otherwise, everyone is super friendly and helpful.
