winter tires - made an appt well in advance , the Lady call the day before to confirm my tire size, i called it in and to called if anything else is needed. I arrived the next day for my appt they said i was not on the sched, i was on in couple of days, i received a text msg to my cell phone for the 5:00pm appt . The tires did not arrive on the morning delivery so they said the PM delivery they where not in. I drove 2 hrs to be at the appt on time. No one called me to say the tires did not come in. They did send me home with Honda winter tires on but now i had to drive back for another appt. They said they would take the tires off the rims and when my tires come in they would just have install. i got home and the tires where still on the rims , now i had to lug the rims and ties again to Honda. communication was not there.
Plagued with unfair business practices and unethical standards.
I did not receive the care and peace of mind i once associated with the Honda brand. I felt victim to shady business practices when the manager tried to charge me for brakes that are covered by their warranty that was just purchased by myself less then a year ago. It was only till I had inquired, then the charge was removed. Also due to my brakes being worn he suggested the rotors be replaced before attempting to remove the rusted area as it might be under the requirement to be considered safe after they get machined. I had to tell them to "attempt" to remove the thin layer, after which WAS in fact still good for use. I bought a Honda because i trusted the name, unfortunately I am severely underwhelmed by my experience with this dealership thus far.
Booking appointment was quick and simple, on the day of service vehicle was completed within time promised. Tire install, balance and alignment completed.
