I bought 3 vehicles from Palladino and initially was given good service. This deteriorated over the past 3 years. Every time I brought my vehicle in for regular service, there was always something wrong and the costs kept rising. When I questioned the reliability of the vehicle, I was told that it was always my fault. I also had other concerns over the past 3 years which were never followed up on. I even had a senior manager promise to get information for me but he never called me back. I now have a new Mitsubishi.

Had an oil change and it was done in a very short waiting time
Oil change waiting time was short and was in and out in no time. Staff was excellent and very polite. They tell you everything that was done on the car
