I was pleased withe the staff and how I was treated. The negative aspect of my experience was the cost to do the brakes. Frankly the cost shocked me. I would not have thought such a relatively new car would incur such costly maintenance. Is this consistent with other Honda products or was my Accord Hybrid an anomaly? Honda is just a bit lower in my estimation.

Dan was fast and efficient and you have the best price for storage in town. The parking is ridiculous, however...but heard through the grapevine there will be an expansion. Hoping so :)

My vehicle was not ready when they said it would be.
I left my vehicle in on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at 8 a.m. as requested by Palladino for a Spring servicing as I usually do each year for the past 10 years. Usually, it is ready by
2:30 p.m. that same day, but this time when I was picked up by their shuttle vehicle and
delivered to the dealership at 4:30 p.m. on same day, my vehicle was not ready, and I
had to wait for another 1/2 hour until it was ready.
