Have had nothing but good experiences dealing with Palladino. This is what warranty coverage should be like - highly recommend (I don't give 5 stars to anyone - so this is tops for me)
Palladino Honda in Sudbury took care of the faulty air bag issue in a timely manner. On the day of my service appointment, they provided a very helpful shuttle service to and from my workplace so I didn't lose any valuable time waiting or incur an additional expense for a taxi.

Brought my Pilot in to get winters switched to summers. The service department was very quick. The valet service was nice with the small lot and the hot coffee was nice as well!!
