Service advisors in the forefront provide efficient and knowledgeable service.
Service advisors displayed professional conduct. I would like to commend them, however they said they were unable to authorize discounts. It sure would give me more incentive and make me feel better about being a loyal customer if something was offered on the big ticket repairs. Would it be possible to offer a senior's discount or a loyalty discount especially if I have to have repairs every two weeks. Who could I talk to about that?

Vehicle was in for regular maintenance - oil change, a recall notice, and serpentine belt inspection. Received a call later as an alignment was recommended, which I appreciate, as it was needed.
