The price was good, the interaction was pleasant, however when the vehicle was received, it was not as clean as expected, we were told we had to schedule a cleaning, but we really did expect that the interior cleaning would have been done at the time of pickup.
The vehicle itself has been ok, except that the air conditioning failed within a year as well as the back wind shield wiper motor and the back door latching mechanism, the assisted steering had problems within two years.
I dropped in to Honda on a Friday afternoon because I was no longer getting windshield fluid to spray on windshield. Even though it was 3 P.M. Dan went out to check my car and had it in the shop within 1/2 and hour. Also, my inside rear view mirror kept falling off and it was missing a clip so that was repaired along with the wind shield fluid hose being re-attached. I was out within the hour and they were quite busy. Thank you Dan for the courteous service.
My first experience was an oil change. No complaints so far. Service was very good.
Effiicient, respectful to me and the service was given in a timely manner. Was also asked if I need a ride anywhere, which I didn't. But if I had it was very much appreciated.
