Please speak with Jason Carriere for my e-mail about my dissatisfaction with the overcharging of my previous service in 2014 and trying again to take advantage of me again a few weeks ago by selling services that I had already received. This showed me with facts that Palladino is only after the money and not customer satisfaction.
I dislike having to write anymore after I have given a good rating. If it was a poor rating i would have something to say but this is a waste of my time.
Always have had a good experience at the service counter. The people there are friendly and courteous. I took my car in to have the hydraulics replaced on the rear hatch of my car. Also to have 3 flushes done. They made sure I was out on time as I am unable to drive at night and live 2 and 1/2 hours away.
To whom it may concern: Recently during an airbag recall on my car the service person told me I had an SRS light on in the dash and it indicated the driver's side seat buckle needed to be replaced and until then I needed to sign a waiver as my my airbags wouldn't work when the light was on. Now during a previous visit I had this problem diagnosed but during that visit I was not informed that the airbags didn't work with an SRS light on in the dash. Had I been aware I was driving without airbags I would have repaired it as soon as possible so needless to say I was not happy when I found out.
