I appreciate the following items:
. I am always reminded of what services my vehicle should have but I am not under any obligation to do the service (i.e. I do some servicing vehicle myself)
. if additional work is required, I am advised and authorization is requested
. this is a big plus
. a friendly smile and good morning is always nice...thank you
Always great service at Palladino Honda! The shuttle service has always been on time and friendly drivers and the estimate on how long the service will take has always been right on.
