My first visit to the Service Dept. with a concern about my new CRV
Brought my CRV in to get a Howling noise checked out....it started at about 16000 kms
went for a test drive with the Mechanic..... He said heard something ,but it did not sound
abnormal...... I rotated my tires to see if it would make a difference...did not help...
the noise is still there..... I guess I'll have to wait for it to get worse.... Happy with the
staff....they are always pleasant and willing to help.
Took my Honda Civic Si in for an oil change as well as to have a recall issue handled. The service was on time and friendly. We were treated with great respect and before anything else was done on my vehicle I was notified of the issue and asked if I wanted it to be completed. I ended up having to have my car realigned as well. I will continue to have service done at this dealership and Kara is a big part of that.

excellent service from customer service representatives, fast and efficient.
Vehicle servicing has been good also - no complaints on work done.
Shuttle services on time and pleasant drivers.
Still waiting however, for update on paint (rust) issue I brought forward in June and again at last visit.
