with all due respect I am not sure what specific experience / situation you are asking me about as I have not been in the dealership recently or for several of months ??
... on reflection the only recollection I have related to being in the dealership was for an oil change I had done a while back in June or July? However it would surprise or possibly even concern me if you felt you needed or wanted me too take precious personal time to provide feedback about something as mundane as that.
In general and for your info I am very happy with my new 2014 Accord, especially the gas mileage and of course am always very happy and find it pleasant to be in the dealership when necessary.
The primary reason I chose Honda was because of the reliability and transparency of an important utility (transportation) related to my very busy life style; meaning with a very reliable vehicle I can focus my precious time and attention on matters that are more important to me while at the same time affording me the luxury of driving a vehicle I enjoy that is safe.
Hopefully you can appreciate how it might give cause for concern that an organization as effective and successful as Honda would need feed back to ensure they are correctly doing an "oil change", if that is the reason . And further if it is the reason for the request how providing feedback would not be on my list of priorities and not in my view a productive use of my time.
Feel free to contact me if there is some other matter of more significance you are inquiring about that for the moment eludes my current recollection.
Best regards and thanks,
Kevin Kilbey
curious why the labour charge for the B service is the same even though they chose not to rotate my tires, therefore it would have taken less time/labour. Seems weird.
