The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is great but also quick. I've pretty well had nothing but good, positive experiences with Palladino Honda.

Van is almost 11 years old and still going well usually. Fuse box needed to be replaced as most electronic gadgets were not working. Mechanic found a problem...water was coming into the doors. Tests were done and hopefully the problem was solved. Always informed of work being done and/or being informed of problem, the cost involved, the time required and the OK to go ahead. Always respectful, knowledgeable and never pressured into making a hasty decision. Super great staff.

Called in to see if they could check the leak in my tire. They asked me to come in right away. The tire was repaired, and I was gone in just over an hour. Exceptional service!
