My service advisor was knowledgeable and efficient.
My appointment was booked for a routine oil change and on my way to the shop, my tire pressure light came on. My service advisor, Kara Wing ensured the technician looked into the problem and the problem was fixed during this visit and I did not have to return. The service I received during this visit was excellent.

Oil change and service inspection, found a few items that needed attention. Called to get approvals after discussing the individual items. Wasn't surprised about battery and tire comments, but serpentine belt and filters were a good check. Also checked into warranty items that need attention.

Here's the scoop. There were good parts and bad.
The truck is new & I opted for Honda due to the legendary reliability. I love the truck but it was pretty depressing to find out that my air conditioning did not work the very first time I tried it. Apparently was a factory reject. I don't like that but I know it happens & I can roll with it.
Kara was great. There was no condenser in stock so she booked me an appointment 2 weeks out, but by the time I got home, she had found me one. I came into the shop 1st thing in the morning all the way from Lively after working nightshift, only to find that my condenser was there, but the garage was out of refrigerant. Rescheduled & went back home to bed.
The day before the rescheduled appointment, someone had left me a message that my appointment was cancelled because my condenser hadn't come in yet????????
I called Kara & she was awesome again. She assured me that it was on sight & to keep my appointment.
All good after that. I was told it would be about 3 hrs and it was ready in 2.
Good customer service but coordination between departments left a little to be desired.
