I had an appt at 2:00 and I was on my way home shortly after 3:00. Kara even took the time to tell me that she had to leave but that my car was ready and Dan would take care of me. He even walked me out to find my car.
The best experience since the purchase of this automobile.
Please keep-up the good work Palladino has been doing in the service sector of its operations. Only by setting quality improvement and long term goals can you achieve better outcomes as you have been doing. (BRAVO)
It was a busy morning and the shuttles were out. The service advisor kept me informed with what needed to be done. I was there for 2 hours only and was able to drive myself home. It worked out well.
This is the first time I have ever said this about Palladino Honda, this visit for repairs has left me, Concerned.
Our 2004 Pilot was towed in as the gear shift was not working and it would not start....over $600 was paid for the repairs, but once they were done, we were told there were no guarantees that the repair would work. So, why were they done if the vehicle is not fixed....and it is not, my husband had a hard time yesterday changing gears again. I do not know a lot about car repairs, but this does seem a bit weird to me. We were told the repairman broke 2 bolts while doing the work, and they were drilled and tap to the best of their ability, but not sure how well they would hold......this is all very strange to me
