There were a few hiccups with my last visit but Kara handled everything amazingly and in the end I couldn't be happier. Also, the detailing of my car was exceptional. Thank you!!

Kara understands the importance of being helpful whenever our vehicles need service work. For our latest visit, she was able to schedule our service call quickly and provided us with a courtesy car to help us get to our multiple destinations while in town. Since we live over 2.5 hrs. away from the dealership, this type of compassion and help is very much appreciated. inspection of marks found in the roof of my new ridgeline. not satisfactory out come
while hand washing the truck I discovered a dent and cluster of marks on the roof. Don't know how they could have been made except in a shop. Had the truck inspected on July 11/18. the service girl and her assistant insisted it couldn't have happened at Honda. They told me that pictures had been taken and someone would contact me for more followup. This hasn't happened yet! This is the 4th honda I've purchased at this dealership. I'm not impressed
First of all it was Helene's spouce Sam who had the service done.The staff is always excellent at the service counter. The problem I have is the ethics of the company, Palladino. I was suckered into buying a used car that should have not passed a mechanical safety, yet was sold to me under that premise. Now I was stuck paying for repairs that should have been done before I bought the car. I will question if me and my wife Helene will continue to do business with the Palladino car group.
