I brought my vehicle to Palladino Honda for service appointment. Left my car there at 8am (booked @8am) and picked it up by 5pm. Then I found out that they didnt do the alignment check so I had to book again to have it done some other day. What a hassle!

I went in for an oil change and then also had the filters changed and an alignment. They brought me the filters so I could see hoe dirty they were and she also showed me the printout from the alignment showing that it was off before they completed it

Low pressure indicator came on after snow tires being installed 3 weeks earlier
Called Pallandino Honda, got an appointment next day, they provided shuttle service to and from in a timely manner. Did the services needed, at no charge and explained a few other things that I had noticed since getting my CRV, very helpful and punctual as always. This is my 4th vehicle from Honda.
Marilyn is the reason I've stayed with Honda for so many years. Excellent customer service to give me a loaner car for the weekend while mine was being repaired - no questions asked.
