had an oil change very nice rep. would like to go in for an oil change once and not have a whole list of things that need to be done to my vehicle and a fee to boot

This is my second Honda CRV. I have all my maintenance done at the dealership. I find the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I find the location convenient and the atmosphere very pleasant.
I have encouraged several friends to consider purchasing at Palladino.

From the service appointment coordinator phone call to the warm welcome at the dealership at the service desk, everything was great. All were very efficient, including the shuttle service driver
