Had a leak in transmission seal. Supposedly fixed. Started leaking again.
Brought in again and scheduled appointment in about 1 1/2 weeks. Was called day before to say part was not in, and re-scheduled to 3 days later.
Two weeks for a part to come in is not acceptable in my opinion. Having to return for the same problem is a bit disconcerting to say the least.

I had wonderful service, Kara is a very kind, skilled with very good customer service qualities. Thank you.
They completed the work on my vehicle in which I am very satisfied, and it was covered under warranty, therefore doubly happy..
