Got a regular oil change done, also all of the check points go with it.when the technician
reinstalls the new oil filter in place At about two inches away VERY NOTICEABLE A VERY IMPORTANT BOLT AND SPRING MISSING ON THE EXHAUST COUPLER.Now I have my dough How honest this check is done.
Shuttle service is extremely slow and unorganized if I didn't show up 2 hours prior to my shift I would have been late, that in itself is unconvinent enough to make me want to take my car elsewhere to be serviced. Staff who works the counter in the morning are very friendly and quick, when it came to picking up my car in the evening there was only one person working the counter and was extremely slow and disorganized. When it finally came to my turn after a long wait- he had absolutely no idea where my keys to my car were and had to go searching other people's desks for them. Very dissapointing, clearly there needs to be better systems in place for the staff.
