Dealing with Kara was a pleasure. Friendly and fast. The shuttle service however is something I think that could use some work. It just seemed very disorganized. There has to be a better system out there. I know there are some apps that can help with route planning - perhaps worth a look?
Everything with the servicing went very well, and staff were excellent to deal with. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was the fact the we were not eligible for the 15% discount for the work that was done (even though we were there before October 31st), because it did not fall into a "specific package" criteria.
Last year, discounts of 10% and 15% were granted for some components of the exact same work. I think that as a valued repeat customer, some flexibility should have been granted in this regard.
staff is very nice. nice building, good waiting area, but costly. staff was very helpful, and kept me informed of exactly what was being done to my vehicle.
