Great customer service, always making sure you're comfortable during your wait, letting you know if there is something else they recommend you get fixed out of concern
Kara is by far my favourite service advisor. She is always pleasant, understanding and patient. I tend to not like to have to deal with having to pay for repairs and can be difficult at times, but Kara has always been professional and works with me to get the best outcome. Way to go Kara, keep up the good work.
I arrived early and was out before the promised time!!!!!!!!
I arrived 40 minutes before my appointment, however the tech took my vehicle in and the planned time of 2 hours turned into a and hour and half, well inside the plan. Could not be better.

I am always greeted and served by Kara with a smile and interested in solving my problem.The service is excellent. Brake issue was taken care of efficiently and within the time quoted.
