I had an amazing experience at Palladino Honda. I was greeted with a friendly smile, and felt like I was a valued customer. I had my B servicing done on my car as well I needed a rattling noise looked at while my car was in the shop. Servicing was perfect, and Kara walked me through the bill and my inspection. She asked me repeatedly if I had any questions or concerns, and made me feel comfortable! I am from Sault Ste Marie, but chose to lease my car and get most of my servicing done at Palladino.
