My experience, a week ago, with your organization was excellent and so far my car running perfect and smoothly ? therefore, I am happy with your customer services and specifically your service advisor Kara Wing. Do I go back to Palladino again for services ? my answer is yes !
My service was really quick and clear as to what was going to happen. They told me that one of my tires had a irepairable damage and would need to be replaced. They replaced it at no additional charge to me.
Palladino has an amazing team that would highly recommend.
I lost my key to my vehicle and needed to have a new one programmed. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I called. Service was extremely quick, I thought I would have had a few days wait to get in, but they fit me in that same day. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful. My brother picked up my vehicle for me, I was working, but he said the service was awesome! Thank you all for your help!!
I went in for a recall and left very satisfied with the above and beyond customer service i experienced.
I will be honest I was aprhensive to go to the dealership, as I had indicator light on and only wanted what was absolutely necessary done. They cleared the persistant indicator light for me at No Charge! Thank you!
I was also in and out of the shop under the time estimated. I browsed the exceptional show room while I waited. Super nice!
I can proudly say when I am ready to purchase my second Honda I look forward to speaking with Matt Dumontelle again who I spoke with breifly about new and used CRVs.
