Very fast friendly and excellent customer service from the time I walked in I felt very welcome too sit and watch TV while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced

Jonathan, I am glad that you had a great experience, that is what we strive for!
I had a complimentary auto spa as the vehicle was less than clean the last time that work was done. The shuttle was excellent, service staff very cordial and the workmanship was very good.
I had asked for a price for the most inexpensive summer tires that Palladino carried as a friend of mine had recently gotten tires from them and said they were the most inexpensive as he had already shopped around. The tire model and price the parts department gave me was not the same as my friend described...each tire was 40 dollars more. The employee assured me it was the cheapest.I contacted my friend to get the model number of the tire he got and when I called back Palladino they had those tires in stock with the price I was expecting. It would have been nice if I didn't have to jump through hoops to get what I asked for in the first place.
The staff is very nice in the service department, but it would be nice if I didn't have to leave a voice mail to book an appointment. This is the only car service department I have ever been to where I always need to leave a voice mail to book an appointment

I am glad the parts dept figured out the tire pricing for you. As far as the booking dept. we are very busy and I am truly sorry we didn't answer when you call, we try hard to answer every call in short order.
