John was very helpful and kept the keys to my car in his desk to make sure no one moved it which would have been disastrous if they had. He has always been extremely helpful when I have gone in to get my car serviced.
John was filling in for Dave Caruana who was on holidays. I came early as I wanted to drop the car off and leave it for them to service. apparently the dealership was quite busy that day but John still welcomed in a happy manner and even arranged for my pickup when the job was done.
He made enjoy being a customer of Ontario Motor Sales.
You can kid around with them and feel their crazy enthusiasm.
