The worst customer service ever!!

Brought car in to be repaired from damage done by Myers Hyundai Barrhaven when they replaced the back windshield on a recall. When I arrived to pick up my car, it did not even look like anything was done. The scratches in the paint remain untouched. No service call to tell me the car was done; no one to go over the "repair" with me; the assistant service manager could not even find my car keys; when they finally re-appeared...nothing was said to me when handed the keys. WORST customer service ever! Will NEVER recommend Myers Barrhaven to my worst enemy let alone to those I care about. In fact, will make sure it is known what lousy service I received. My car is only 36 months old. Now, these scratches in the paint are open to rust in the future. NOT HAPPY. The fleet manager where I work asked for his business card so that he will make sure NEVER to use Myers for our company requirements. One star is really over rated.

Kudos to Melissa Casselman!

Thank you to Service Advisor Melissa Casselman for her assistance during a recent service appointment on my Santa Fe. I have been a regular customer of the Myers Barrhaven Hyundai Service Department following the closure of the Bells Corners dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Melissa is very customer focused in her work. Her recommendations, advice and timely follow through are all well appreciated. She is an asset to the Service Department Team. My thanks as well to Brian for his prompt shuttle service home and return for vehicle pick up during a wintery day. Appreciation to Melissa and Brian for a positive customer experience!

Excellent customer service.

Staff appeared always at the ready to ensure I was satisfied, plus I was given thorough explanations of the work completed by friendly, conscientious staff. And the bonus was sitting comfortably in the waiting room, drinking coffee and using the Wi-Fi throughout the process.

Amazing service from John Cervini who was courteous, knowledgeable and made the visit extremely enjoyable.

The customer service representative, John Cervini in my case, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My requirements were taken care of in a timely manner and in a comfortable waiting area. They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely return for service here.

The service has been great each time I have gone in.

I really like the service I have received thus far. Everyone is always happy and friendly. This is actually one of the reasons I left the dealership when I was purchasing a new vehicle. I absolutely hated going in for service. There was not one happy person and you always felt like you were bothering them when dropping off your vehicle. Great job at Myers Hyundai Barrhaven! :)
