I recently had recalled part changed on my new Mazda. As always, the staff were extremely helpful and got the job done fast. I appreciate how North Bay Mazda looks out for their customers.

My appointment time was respected, the vehicle was ready and all the work was done properly, thank you for the Mazda family feeling.
This was a regular maintenance appointment, the mechanic working on my mazda 6GT inspected all components as required, and suspect that my serpentine belt be replaced, which he did, I strongly recommend northbay Mazda.
