We are still waiting for our promised car seat. It is has been over 5 weeks since the deal has closed. We have it in the sales contract that the eighth seat would be provided but I guess we should have added a date or an equivalent dollar amount if they didn't find a seat. Disappointing considering that the rest of the deal went well. We have a second child coming very soon and this seat is absolutely essential.
Dylan was great. We went in there a few times because we were looking for a car for a new driver. First, we were looking at the HRV, because it was a new vehicle, we had some questions about it. Dylan was quick to alleviate any questions that we had. The next time we went in we had an idea of what we wanted (A Civic), so Dylan was quick to get down to business with us. He was frank, and incredibly professional as well as honest. and we were given a great overview of the features and different technologies of the vehicle. We are very impressed!
I had to purchase a vehicle, and I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. No one tried to sell me something I didn't want. They listened to me and did their best to give me what I was looking for without hassle.
Dylan is a mature young man with a passion for vehicles on four wheels or two. He has great manners and a conversational style that communicated respect and interest in me as a person. I look forward to buying another Honda from him in 20 years when this one wears out. :-)
