I purchased a brand new 2017 Honda CRV exl and upon pick up the vehicle was scuffed and damaged throughout the vehicle (both myself and the manager took pictures) and I was told that I could call and book in the repairs. I contacted and left messages for both the gentleman I purchased through and his manager only to be completely ignored. They were extremely unprofessional and quite frankly a huge disappointment to the Honda brand. I have already told others whom have thought of purchasing a honda to steer clear because of the level of unprofessionalism and having received a brand new damaged vehicle.
We really enjoyed dealing with Todd. A fabulous salesperson who was really interested in getting us into the vehicle we wanted for the price we were looking for!!
My salesman, Todd was terrific, the accountant, not at all.
I feel that my salesman, Todd, provided me with excellent service. The financial lady, whose name I forget was not so efficient. I had to point out her error with respect to the price. She also charged me a transfer fee by mistake evidently and when I expressed concern, Todd brought out the manager, Sandy who was extremely anxious to make up for the error.
I would definitely ask for Todd when making another purchase and advise my family and friends to do the same.
Todd and the rest of the staff are top notch. I am very happy with my purchase, the excellent service i received and the way i was treated after the sale was final. I will promote Sherwood Honda as a first class dealership, and send every possible customer to them with the highest regards. Bravo! Job well done
