I sent an email to someone asking me how I liked my new car (1 year check in). My email asked questions about a possible warranty issue. No response. This is one person's error and I don't want to colour my entire impression of the dealership. Everything else is fine and I'll continue to go there for parts and service. I just have to remember to call service about my warranty question.
When i came to buy my car, i was promised to deliver the car by Thursday and it wasn't ready, no one had the decency to call me and let me know. Then i had made $500 deposits to book the car which they refund when my loan is approved, so instead of refunding they charged me another $500 , which made me look like a fool somewhere else . So I talked to a manager and he made my experience worst
