The sales staff were professional. Also the arrival of the vehicle was prompt. All in all a pleasant experience. We would recommend Sherwood Honda to anyone wishing to buy a new vehicle.
Your dealership has a poor practice of communicating liability for damages incurred during repairs. Our car was taken in for a passenger air bag recall. The dealership decided to wash the car (no consent or review of liability occurred). The windshield had a small crack which propogated through the entire windshield after the car wash. This crack has been present for several years with car washes performed successfully on other occasions with no degradation of the crack. When we called to inquire about this damage the receptionist informed us that "it just happens sometimes" and that there was nothing they could do and that they are not liable for damages. This was not acceptable to me.
I was very displeased with the service we received and will not return to your dealership, nor will I be recommending your dealership to any friends or family.

At the counter I was told that the price for the oil change will be $70 and I have your VIP card that must be -10% acording to what is says on card, but at the end when was time to pay it rise up to $89.
Can anyone tell me WHY?
It is not right way to do business. This way will not last longer. It was my first time and LAST I ever whent to do anything there, and will male sure that none of my
Friends and people that I know will not go there.
Costly repair - misdiagnosed despite assurance of service advisor.
Did not adequately address concern. Will no longer return to this dealer for any further service or repairs on any of our vehicles as this incident and progressive decline in service has been experienced.
