I took my car in for an oil change and a couple other things. I assumed that my car would receive a multi-point inspection. My check engine light was on and I was told that if I wanted to know the problem, I would have to pay an additional $150. This is was in addition to multiple diagnostic feedback on a couple other issues I have had with the car (USB not working and windshield washer fluid not coming out). This would have met almost $500 just to identify the reasons for the car not working properly. This cost is obviously excessive prior any work being actually done. I obviously don’t expect to return to the dealership for these repairs
I've been going to BMW London for all of my servicing needs for the past three years. Every time, each staff member has consistently provided extremely professional and attentive service, while taking the time to educate me on what is and not required for my vehicle. Compared to other dealers that I've gone to in the past, BMW London has proven to me that their only interest is helping provide the correct solutions to my vehicle needs and not about maximizing each service bill. It is because of this focus and thorough understanding of their customers' needs that keeps bringing me back.
