BMW always great to work with.
The rental car experience with Enterprise was not the best this time. I was driven to Enterprise by the shuttle driver. The girl from Enterprise went to Audi delearship to pick me up. Had to wait until she came back to Enterprise. Then they did NOT have a car for me. She had to drive me to Bradley Ave store. Then the car was super tiny Chevy Spark and it was not cleaned out. Dirty car. I had to get back to work so told her I did not have the time to wait to have the car cleaned. Then had to drive back to BMW to transfer work supplies from one car to the next. This whole experience started with my check in at 1000 am and finally back on the road at 1130 am.
When I booked my car in I did tell the BMW staff that I require a rental car for work. So I am assuming that the booking is forwarded to Enterprise so that they have enough cars ready for the BMW clients. If not then they need to do this to ensure that they have enough rental cars at Enterprise.

A dash board light was on in my car so that was fixed and an oil change was done quickly after I came to pick up my car and did not see the oil change on my bill. I was able to get my car in very quickly after I called to make the appointment. Everyone there is very friendly and professional.
Had an appointment the next week but had an emergency item come up. Sean / Steve and gang got me in and out, a loaner, and taken care of efficiently and without any delay / interruption. Great team with a great attitude towards getting high end service. Follow up was A + as well. Much appreciated...
I’m continuously disappointed by both sales and service. My latest appointment was no different. It was for a coolant top up, something that should have been handled at a previous appointment. This was an inconvenience in and of itself...but was topped off by having to wait almost an hour for a shuttle/cab pick up at the end of the day....only to arrive at the dealership where all the staff (save one) had left for the day...in spite of knowing about the mix up. This is just one of several unfortunate experiences since becoming a customer.
