Simple replacement of door handle involved 15 phone calls, 2 wasted trips to dealership at its request, for no reason, and ultimately appointment only 2.5 weeks after initial request. Unprofessional. Terrible customer service!
Got sold a car on Tuesday and drove it home on Monday.
The process was extremely fast. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and it was quickly narrowed down for me by their extremely helpful staff. Put me in a tenfold better vehicle for what I was originally thinking of for the same price. Cleaned the car, topped up on the all the fluids. Though I didn't accept it, they offered to set up my phone with apps necessary to access the full potential of my vehicle. Really quick process all around.
I had a great experience when purchasing the car but I have sent 2 emails that have gone unanswered regarding tires. So during the purchasing process, it was great but anything after that the response is rather slow.
I made an appointment to install a auto starter on my car, I was scheduled on a Monday, so I brought my car. Later in the day they call me saying that they tried installing mu starter but that they didn't have the "piece or part" to do it. It would arrive in two months.... I was a little confused because we drove and hour to bring my car there and they couldn't install my starter and I would have to wait two months?
