Being polite to a customer means nothing when you fail to give the customer proper information.
Have still to receive a call saying part is in (key lock). Approx 3 weeks past due! Went in for oil change and 2 sounds - turned into brakes required and a new key lock. The associate came with the pricing and a list of all that required attention. I was not with my husband and was told that I would have the list of suggested items attached so my husband could be informed. I live out of town. The associate advised me that my car would be ready in 15 to 20 mins. After 45 min I went to inquire about my vehicle. Seems like the associate had left for the day and did not advise anyone my car was ready and I sat/stood needlessly. At the time I was suffering with severe pain from a back injury so sitting and standing was very painful and I was unable to take any of my meds because I can't drive when taking them. Was not a fun experiencing. If you're serious about improving, have someone call me about the part for my vehicle! It's more than past due.
Customer service is poor because customers are overbooked at your dealership.
Twice now my simple oil change took over an hour, ranging from 70 to 80 minutes. The first time the customer service representative had my keys for god knows how long it and it took me asking for him to realize he forgot to call my name to say that my car was ready. The second time there were just so many other customers in the same room waiting for their cars. I understand you are trying to make money but an oil change should take between 45-60 minutes max. The only reason I keep getting my oil changes done at the dealership is because they are included in my extended warranty.
