Great service, great sales and above all, great vehicle
I would've given 5 stars but I did refer a friend who bought a new vehicle at the dealership and I got nothing for the referral.
A few weeks later I got a call from Hyundai asking if I knew of anyone I could refer and if I did I'd get $100. I said I did refer a friend who bought a new Elantra - they said well we'll double check the paperwork to validate and get back to you.
They never did.
First oil change complete, customer service could improve.
Prebooked my appointment for 1pm. The service agent told me it would be roughly 45 minutes. Unfortunately, it was about an hour and 15 minutes until I was put of there. Although the agent apologized for being late, I would rather not be advised one thing only to have another occur. We'll see what happens in April!
