we were very well taken cared of by Rob and could not have asked for better service
Rob was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were purchasing. He let us know EVERY detail about it which we appreciated. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. It was a very enjoyable and non stressful experience. We will definitely come in to see Rob again.
When we first walked in to moncton honda to see if we could do up a application we went to the secretary and she had said everyone was busy and as soon as someone gets freed up they would serve us. We waited for about 30-45 mins until someone knowledge that we were there. I found it very frustrating. As soon as we got a salesman to come talk to us about what we were looking for at that point the service was good.

Sorry to hear that the first impression we gave was less than perfect. While we try to make sure every customer is acknowledged as soon as they arrive at the dealership there are evidently times this is not happening. I will be sitting down with our sales staff and greeter this week to adjust the way customers are greeted to better serve our clients.
