John's favourite pastime is travelling. He owns a time share in Florida, and has travelled with his family to Disneyworld for the past 10 years. Plans for future travel include Hawaii, Mexico and cruising.

It seems that with not only GM but all car dealerships the dishonesty of dealing with the trade in. In this case I traded in a 2015 Toyota XSE with 3200 kilometers, very good condition. Blue book value was 23000 to 28000. They insulted me with a value of 22000 then after they are selling the car for 28000.

If you look at the Canadian Black book, your year, make, model and KM lands at $22,524 so we were right in the same ball park for a trade in. All of your people were very helpfull. As a result I have ended up with a car that I didn't think was still available and so far I am quite happy with my purchase . One follow up with some questions resulted in good answers. This is the only 'pre owned' vehicle I have had in some 50 years and I got the help I needed.
