John's favourite pastime is travelling. He owns a time share in Florida, and has travelled with his family to Disneyworld for the past 10 years. Plans for future travel include Hawaii, Mexico and cruising.
Arrived at the showroom less than an hour before closing. Saw a vehicle that interested me. John answered my questions. He did not rush me, nor was he pushy. We came to an agreement by closing. When i returned to pick up the vehicle a couple of days later, John spent time to ensure that i would be familiar with the various operating features. The time taken by John was sure appreciated.
Buying my Chevy Equinox was a fun adventure. It also happened on my birthday. And the service I received from John Puchniak was absolutely excellent. I wanted to buy a quality car and save more at the same time as I have a pretty tight budget. The car I bought was already on sale of 20% but John found a way to manage more discount for me, and I was very happy with that.
When the deal was made, John made a full and detailed description of different functions of the car, and was very patient to repeat for me some which I happened to forget (for instance how to switch front and back window wipers). His excellent service added to the excitement of my wonderful birthday present.
