It was a recall...dealt with Rennie, who is so very efficient, knowledgeable kind and friendly...couldn't ask for any better service! Unfortunately, the wait for my car to be brought out to me was about 25 minutes as they were short staffed of car jockeys...as there was several of us waiting...it was lunch hour and I guess they didn't plan for so mny cars to be ready at the same time!

The inside drivers door handle of my Aveo broke. My car was in the shop within a few days. Rennie had the body shop check the handle and make sure that one was in stock before I left the dealership. I was able to pick up the car within a few hours. Shuttle service has always been excellent as well.
