The truck was towed in Friday and didn't get the truck till Wednesday the following week.
My truck was towed in on the Friday. Didn't get looked at till Tuesday. Wasn't offered a courtesy car, which would have been great because I live in the country and there isn't any bus service. I didn't get the truck back till Wednesday. On the Wednesday I told service that I will be coming down after work and will wait for my truck. I get down there and they tell me the truck is ready. As I was paying for my truck repairs, my phone rings. It is the service department calling me to say that my truck is ready. I told the fellow that I was already paying for the bill. Then they can't find my truck. Finally they find it. In the mean time the service manager comes over to talk with me. He appolizies for the service I have received and give me a free car wash at the Chamie.

Excellent Service, Best of Breed compared to many other Service Centres.
Service is exceptional, whereby Murray's team is friendly, thorough, professional. Their service team is always helpful and friendly. They don't only have our vehicles serviced, they take the time to listen to our needs and take the appropriate action to resolve the issues, which exceeds our expectations. We had our Yukon XL's starter fail to turn over on a cold winter night while I was the only vehicle in the outdoor parking lot. Even though it started several times afterwards, I could not risk another failure at any time. With my customers depending on me, and my wife having surgery, we could not risk being stranded anywhere. Even though no problems were found, the service team agreed to replace the starter as I requested.
I consider this type of service as "working with me to meet my needs" rather than just waiting for a complete failure of a part before replacing it.
While waiting on our vehicles being serviced, a visit to the showroom floor is always a pleasant one, with informative and helpful chats with Murray's friendly sales team.
