Rennie as usual was very helpful, courteous, and willing to help and answer any questions. When the car was finished he gave me a call so I knew I could come and pick it up.

Service is excellent. Having a shuttle service is fabulous. All drivers are respectful, sociable and get you to your destination safely. Rennie is always pleasant....informative......and accurate. All staff are very pleasant and willing to talk with you or direct you.

Nothing to complain about , fast friendly service is what you expect from a Chevy dealership and that is exactly what I receive every time I have my cobalt ss/tc serviced at murry.
I brought my car in to have a few things done. First I had very low air pressure in 1 tire, which was the fault of a seal and was fixed up quickly. Second I needed an oil change and that was as well done up quickly. I had them check my systems to find out why my abs light is staying on and last was because I had a problem starting the engine once. It was concluded that either I have a dead spot in my starter or possibly my immobilizer is not recognizing my key fob when I try to start the engine and it shuts everything down. My experience there was great though and Rennie always helps me efficiently and affectively. He has patience while I explain all of the problems, he documents everything I say and follows up with possible solutions to fix the problems. He uses great detail in explaining to me the measures the shop will take to address my issues and comes to a quick and affordable resolution to them.
