Dennis has been a part of the Murray Family since 1985. He has been recognized and has received numerous awards for vehicles that have been put into auto shows.
Dennis enjoys hot-rodding, racing, sledding and camping.
Pleasantly surprised when the actual cost was $180 less than the estimate (described as a math error) although I'm wondering what would have happened if the opposite was the case. Work was performed satisfactorily.
I can't give 5/5 stars because my service hasn't been great every time. I've come in twice and have not been told the work I wanted looked at would cost money and I've had the same problem with an oil leak fixed twice because they didn't fix the real problem the first time. I've also had problems with the collision department but that's a whole other problem.

I have no concerns regarding the level of service that I receive and find my advisor to be professional and honest.
Dennis Mitchell is polite, competent, respectful, patient and a good communicator.
Since we bought a "Trailblazer" from Murray's in 2004 Dennis has become: "Our Friend" at Murray's and is the only reason we drive one hour from St Andrews to have our two vehicles serviced instead of using a well recommended, qualified Motor Technician only ten minutes drive away from home. He is nearer to our generation than younger people and can empathise with our "old fashioned" knowledge of motor mechanics. He explains clearly, in detail and patiently to both me and to my husband, exactly what needs to be done on the vehicle and why and does not assume that " we won't understand". He always keeps us informed of the progress of any work being done, so enabling us to make the best use of our time whilst in the City.
To us, Dennis Mitchell is "Murray's".
