Chris joined Murray Chevrolet 3 months ago. Chris has been in the customer service industry for 20+ years. Chris is married with two children. Chris's collection of vintage cars include a 1964 AMC Rambler, 1997 Pontiac Trans Am and 2007 Chevrolet Equinox. In his spare time, Chris enjoys golf, spending time on his cars and especially spending the day with his children.
I always feel confident with the service but was disappointed that I couldn't have the one recall done while in Winnipeg. I live close to flin flon Mb. and that is a long drive to Winnipeg for recalls. I would rather have it done in Winnipeg since I purchased my equinox from Murray Chevrolet.

I recently was able to have Chris assist me with some issues I was having with my Equinox. He was so very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the difficulties I was having and made me feel heard and took my concerns seriously and had my vehicle in for inspection immediately. As it turned out, the vehicle did require service work and was covered under my power train warranty so again Chris was able to get the vehicle in for the work quickly and made sure I was provided with a vehicle for the interim and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
I recently traded in the Equinox for a brand new Trax and was at the dealership to bring back spare keys so while there I went to see Chris about the tire pressure for the Trax as I couldn't find the information I was looking for in the manual. He accompanied me to the Trax in the lot and went through everything about the tires and where to find the information and also gave me some excellent tips and information about other aspects of the vehicle.
Chris is a fantastic caring and dedicated employee that I for one am so happy to have as my Service Advisor!
