Chris joined Murray Chevrolet 3 months ago. Chris has been in the customer service industry for 20+ years. Chris is married with two children. Chris's collection of vintage cars include a 1964 AMC Rambler, 1997 Pontiac Trans Am and 2007 Chevrolet Equinox. In his spare time, Chris enjoys golf, spending time on his cars and especially spending the day with his children.

Chris was very pleasant and polite, which he always is. We had a good discussion on what was tried to resolve the warranty issue. He and his technicians did make me feel that they are doing their best to find what is one of the hardest things to diagnose - an intermittent problem. I always left feeling that they had done a great job. I did very much appreciate the conversation we had to make sure I understood what was tried and the process. I enjoy working with Chris. It is a real team approach, with Chris, the technicians and the engineers at GM all working on the issue I am having.
I also like the shuttle service that is freely offered, including a free taxi ride when outside of shuttle hours. The cost of providing this service does not go unnoticed.

The service I needed was on the ignition of my car, due to a recall by Chevrolet. I made my appointment online and found that very helpful. When I arrived for my appointment, I received prompt attention, was given a detailed explanation of the work to be done, and provided with a shuttle ride home. The work was completed by the expected time. All staff were courteous and professional in their service.
Staff were welcoming and treated me with respect and kindness.
I took my vehicle in to get a part replaced and for body work. Chris made sure everything was coordinated with the service department and the auto body shop. I was informed right away when my vehicle was ready.
