I have always been provided with all the information necessary to make informed decision regarding my vehicle.
I have always been provided with all the information necessary to make informed decision regarding my vehicle. I trust Chris to give me all the facts, and he does. He converses with me so that I understand all his suggestions about what is best for me and my vehicle. He also provides all work and feedback in writing on my invoice, which I greatly appreciate, since it provides me with a 'history' of work completed on my vehicle.
My car had two issues in a week. Chris provided great and professional services. He was very patient in answering my questions and fix the car in time.
my experience at the dealership exceeded my expectations
i was at the dealership to have a problem with the 4WD transfer remedied. I arrived at 7:45 AM and by 8:10 I was on the shuttle downtown and at my desk at the office by 8:35. I arrived back at the dealership at approximately 3:30 and found that my vehicle had been detailed at no cost to me as a token of appreciation. During my attendance at the dealership, all the staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and addressed me by name.
